You have chosen to vacation in a residential condominium complex.

To make your stay more pleasant, respect the owners and guests of the property, please observe the following

guidelines.

▪ If you use a vehicle, you can only use the box that corresponds to your department.

▪ 10:00 pm to 8:00 am is quiet time. No noise should be heard from outside your apartment. Outside of

these hours, keep noise to a respectable volume. Loud/vulgar music or conversation is prohibited.

EXCESSIVE NOISE MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY AND EVICTION.

▪ Gym hours: Monday to Sunday from 06:00 – 21:00.

▪ Pool regulations:

o The development does not have lifeguards, the use of the pool is at the own risk of each person.

o Pool and jacuzzi hours from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

o Clubhouse pool only for those over 16 years of age.

o Casa Family Club pool for the whole family.

o Shallow pool, DIVING NOT ALLOWED.

o It is not allowed to eat food and/or drinks inside the pools and/or jacuzzi.

o The pools area is NO SMOKING.

o Mandatory use of bathing suit.

o Music is not allowed in the pool area.

o GLASS OR CERAMIC IS PROHIBITED in the pool area

o Do not forget your belongings and pick up your trash

▪ Music is not allowed in common areas.

▪ All garbage must be bagged and without spilling liquids, place the garbage in the container designated

for that purpose, do not throw garbage or leave garbage in common areas.

▪ The use of illicit substances within the complex is strictly prohibited.
